Innes and Jenny Spies bought Namaqua Lodge back in 1999 from his father, Mike Spies Snr, and has been owners ever since. They brought a hard-working, service oriented attitude to the lodge.

The lodge was known as old North-Western Hotel. The building is approximately 100 years old with various changes and upgrades to the structure having been made over the years. Together with the next generation we have grown our lodge and luxury touring company, Namaqua Tours. Now including destinations such as Namibia, Botswana & various destinations within South-Africa.

Namaqua Lodge was specifically aquired to accommodate our flagship Namaqualand flower tours and together the 2 businesses complement each other perfectly.
